Analytics that explains itself. When a day drops, Leeward shows why: fewer PPV sales, slower replies, shorter shifts. And it tells you if the month is on track for your goal.
Fans are sorted by who is likely to buy now. Every fan shows how long they have been waiting, what they spent and what the team noted about them, right inside the chat. Send PPV from the vault and pull scripts with “/” without leaving the conversation.
Every open fan is a tab with their spend on it: Jake $412, Ryan Cole $1,240.
Unread, Online, Whales, Expiring, Expired, Urgent. One click shows who needs a reply and who is about to leave.
Lifetime spend, PPV history with bought and not bought, subscription end date, lists like VIP and Hot, and notes from the team.
See who is on shift, who is keeping fans waiting, how many messages went out, PPV sent and bought and what each chatter earned this shift, as it happens. Open any chatter and watch their chats as they type. One click to notify a chatter.
Ask Leeward's assistant in plain English, like “How do I connect a model?”, and it walks you through it step by step, pointing at each item on the screen. New managers and chatters find their way without manuals or onboarding calls.

The AI chatter. It runs any conversation on its own: remembers every fan and leads the chat to the PPV sale, right inside Leeward Chat.
Mass messages and automations. Write once with variations and the fan's name in every message, or set a rule like “a new fan writes first, send a welcome”. Every message passes the leak filter.
Payroll that counts itself. Hours, sales, $/hour and commission for every chatter, straight from the timesheet. Export to CSV in one click.
