This policy explains when we refund payments for Leeward. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Try before you pay
Every newly connected model gets a free 7-day trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Leeward fits your agency before you pay.
2. Paid periods
Plans are paid in advance per model, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Once a paid period has started, the payment is non-refundable, including for partly used periods, models you stop using, early cancellation and discounted multi-month periods.
3. When we do refund
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same period and models.
- Technical error on our side — for example, you paid but the plan was not activated and we could not fix it, or you were charged an incorrect amount because of our error.
In these cases we refund the affected amount, or, if you prefer, credit it to your account.
4. How refunds are paid
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, so refunds are also made in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Blockchain network fees and exchange-rate changes may affect the amount you receive. Please double-check the wallet address: transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
5. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment. Please include the email address of your agency account, the payment date and amount, the transaction reference and a short description of the problem. We review every request and reply as soon as possible.
6. Stopping your plan
You can stop using a paid plan at any time. Models stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the remaining part of that period is not refunded.
7. Referral rewards
Refunded payments do not earn referral rewards, and rewards already credited for them may be reversed.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the law that applies to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
