Free OnlyFans management software: what is really free
Free OnlyFans management software comes in three kinds: a free trial of a paid tool, a free plan with limits, and the stack most agencies start with, a spreadsheet and a messenger. Each one is free in its own way, and each stops working at a different point as the agency grows.

Free trials: the whole tool for a week or two
A trial gives you the paid product for a few days. From the public pages: supercreator.app/pricing, onlymonster.ai/faq and infloww.com on 24 October 2026, FBuddy as of our check on 15 October:
- Leeward: 7 days for every model you connect, with full access. The same model doesn’t get a second trial, even if you delete it and add it again. The team is free during the trial and after it.
- OnlyMonster: 7 days for every newly connected account, with every feature open.
- Supercreator: 14 days on paid features, no card required.
- FBuddy: 14 days, no card for first-time subscribers.
- Infloww: a free trial without a card; the page doesn’t say how long it lasts.
The limit is time. A trial that starts on a quiet Tuesday and ends before your first busy weekend tells you little. Connect the model on the day the team is ready to go on shift, and decide in advance which numbers you will check on the last day.
Free plans: free for good, with limits
Two of the tools we compare have something free with no end date.
- Supercreator CRM Lite. Free for up to 10 OnlyFans accounts: the desktop app for several accounts, a fan CRM, permissions with password-less access for the chat team, the mobile app and basic analytics. Copilots, chatter analytics and payouts start on CRM Premium, from $15 per account. CRM Lite can’t be combined with a paid plan, and it covers OnlyFans only. - FBuddy’s browser extension. It has a free plan for Fansly. The agency CRM is paid: $20 per creator a month, as of our check on 15 October 2026.
Leeward has no free plan. After the 7 days a model costs Base $25, Pro $50 or Max $150 a month, and the team stays free.
The free stack: a spreadsheet, a messenger and the model’s login
While an agency has one model and two chatters, a spreadsheet and a messenger are enough. You pay nothing for them, and you pay in other ways:
- The model’s password sits in a shared doc or a group chat. Anyone who has read it can sign in from their phone at any hour, and you won’t know.
- You learn how the night went the next morning, from screenshots and messages.
- Notes on fans live in each chatter’s head. The next shift starts every conversation from zero, and the fan notices.
- Someone rebuilds payroll every week, and the chatter’s count and yours don’t match.
- Nothing stops a chatter from sending a fan a phone number or a link off the platform.

What free costs you later
- Hours. Someone on the team spends them on payroll, on checking shifts and on asking who is online.
- Missed sales. A fan who waits an hour for a reply often leaves without buying.
- A switch at the wrong moment. When a trial ends or a free plan runs out of accounts, you move the whole team in the middle of the month.

How to get the most out of a trial
- Connect the model on the day the team is ready, not before.
- Invite real chatters with real positions and only the models they work.
- Set the week’s shifts so that somebody covers the night.
- Prepare the vault, scripts and the leak filter before the first shift.
- On the last day compare the numbers with your spreadsheet: new fans, buyers, transactions, the revenue mix, the median reply time and the share of PPV bought.
- Count a full month’s bill on your own models, at the plan you would pick.
